Because Learidge delivers instant digital provisioning for self-paced AI courses and e-books, cancellations are only accepted if initiated prior to activating or initializing the course content on your user profile.

Refund Eligibility

If you face any persistent technical disruption or platform server anomalies preventing access to your AI tools, please submit a claim to connect@learidge.com with payment invoices within 48 hours of transaction completion.

Processing Timelines

Validated refunds are processed via our transaction partner, Razorpay. Approved credits will automatically be routed to your original source channel (Net Banking, Card, or UPI asset) inside 5 to 7 working days.
